Reviews
Simple installation
Since I already had the motor housing disassembled, it was easy to put it the new motor, plastic bushing and fan blade . Two simple fastening screws. Then once I installed the housing in the freezer (and plugged in the wiring harness, I was glad the new motor fan blew with good vigor. Less than 15 minutes.

Quick & Easy
We used the detailed parts diagram to determine which part was making the awful noise we were hearing. It was an obvious fan grinding sound but couldn't tell exactly where it was coming from since our side by side is counterdepth and enclosed with cabinetry. It was the Evaporator fan/motor. Found a video of replacing that part on our fridge (ge profile) and voila. 1 hour and done. Parts arrived quickly too.
