Great Site. The only good thing left of Sears.
Could have packed it better. Piece of plastic broken off. Switch still worked. Every other web site was Out Of Stock.

A prong broke off of the stem where the knob goes
I was putting the knob on the stem of the timer control. One of the two prongs broke off. Now the knob does not work properly. Is there a simple way to fix this? In the picture you can see there are two clips. One broke off when I pushed the knob on. HELP please.

Poor Packaging and broken when received.
The timer worked as it should but the packaging was terrible. The timer was shipped loose in a box with paper. The retainer tab and connection guides were broken. Thankfully I was able to use a sheet metal screw to hold it in position and the timer still worked.

Beware, dealing with AI was not fun
After having a great deal of trouble ordering a new timer I did manage to get it ordered. The timer arrived within 24 hours. I then discovered that I was billed twice. I contacted Master Card, they informed me that Sears had been paid TWICE as stated on my Bank account details. I contacted Sears and they said it would take 3-5 business days to check out what went wrong and refund my money. Dealing with a computer is a pain. We should have access to talking with a person.
