DIY possible!
Our 4 year old Kenmore front load was howling during the spin cycle and my husband knew it must be bearings. The parts arrived quickly, and with the help of a DIY video, we got the job done in one evening. My advice...do not wash heavy rugs in a front load, we suspect that was the culprit to such a new machine fail.
