Still haven't recieved whole order
Ordered a few parts for a washer over a month ago. One was backorder and the rest were in stock. In stock items were supposedly sent several weeks ago but we still haven't recieved them and the tracking just says a label was made. Only thing we HAVE received was the backordered item...

Easy to Install. Only took 103 DAYS!
Ordered part on July 30th. It arrived NOVEMBER 10th. Ridiculous really. Here's a suggestion: manufacture your products in the United States, and help the economy recover. Removal of original lid and installation of the new lid was very simple and straightforward.

Wonderful Customer Service!
I had to replace the lid on my washer, it had cracked at the hinge. Not sure about the install because my husband did it while I was at work to surprise me. He's a good guy!
