Affordable fix
Had a clicking from the compressor area and the compressor wasn't kicking on. A quick search of the web showed this part as the culprit. Ordered on Monday, shipped on Tuesday, delivered on Friday. From opening the package to pushing the fridge back into place, the repair took 10 minutes. Of course I had already removed the part previously as I had read that if you remove the part and shake it, a loud clicking can he heard if the part is bad. It's been two weeks since the part was replaced and the clicking has not returned. Much to my wife's discontent, we no longer need to go out and spend a ton of money on a new fridge!

Very easy to install
Super easy to install, take 2 min to install (not count the time to move the refrigerator and take out the lower back panel). Just pop the old one out, take off the black capacitor, transfer that to the newon, then plug the whole assembly onto the compressor. Wahla, the compressor comes alive. Problem fixed.

Easy to install and Save $$
I was able to remove and install the part in less then 10 minutes. My total cost was the parts vs a service call costing $150 plus parts if you are lucky enough the Tech told you the problem vs saying the compressor was shot.

Not Easy To Install
Had an issue plugging in the terminal with the red and white wires. I assume this is the hot and neutral wires. The hot side was not going in. Compared to old switch and they looked the same and very easy to plug into old switch. Tried again for the fourth time and with some force the connector finally slid into place. I had to forcibly push the connector to get fully seated. At this time, I have to assume the terminal within the female connector block for the red wire (hot) was in the wrong position to accept the male connector easily. A bit of force was required to make the connection as mentioned earlier. After plugging back into outlet, the compressor came on. Happy it worked, but should have not have had any issues as this is a direct replacement part. I gave the 3 star rating due to the issue with plugging in the power connector into the new switch.
