Wrong part. Disappointed

Chatted with agent who assured me the online photo was representative, and that the part sent would be the right one. Maybe that is what usually happens. But nope. Turns out my part is not available. Returning.

Did not fit

Ordered replacement metal hardware to replace a broken drawer. The new hardware did not fit the new drawer. Ultimately I had to use the old metal hardware on the new plastic drawer. This purchase was a waste of money because it did not fit.
