Awesome customer service. Terrible packing order tray twice and twice came broken. Need better shipping.

CRACKED REFRIGERATOR DELI DRAWER 2ND TIME AROUND

I order refrigerator deli drawer on May 10,2022. Received the pkg on may 14,2022. When I opened the box. the refrigerator front plastic door had a cracked on the front middle of the door and on the right upper corner of the door. I returned it the next day 5/15/2022. I Received the replacement on May 19,2022. But unfortunately, the front plastic door of the drawer had a cracked again on the front middle of the front door of the drawer. The right upper corner of the front door is not even attached to the tray and there was a cracked on the bottom of the right front door of the drawer, This is not a good sign because it's the second time around that they sending a deli drawer with cracked on the front plastic door of the drawer. Called again the customer service and told them about the cracked on the same part of the front drawer of the deli drawer. She told me to return the item again. Hope the third time around,THEY WILL SEND THE PRODUCT THAT IS NOT DAMGED. AND I WILL GET THE RIGHT PRODUCT FROM KENMORE refrigerator PARTS . But they are sending me LG part not Kenmore.
