Product Ordered doesn't match its Description
I provided my treadmill model/serial# (Pro-Form XP542s/831295050) to the online sales rep, she told me this product would fit my treadmill. When I received the product, it didn't fix!!! This is not the sales' rep's fault, this is your information system's issue. Please make sure information kept in your system is accurate!!! I've also ordered the walking belt for the same treadmill and I haven't tried to install it. Hopefully this will fit my treadmill. On the other hand, online product info is so limited -- without detailed product description and dimension. This is my worst online order experience, period!
