The actual roller connection to the basket has changed and just slips on instead of clickin on like in the picture shown. It was a quick and easy install.

Complete fiasco

I have ordered from you several times over the years and if I could give 'zero' stars I would. I ordered two rollers that go on the bottom rack of my dishwasher. When they arrived, they were not the part pictured on your website, nor the email confirmation I got. I called in and was told I needed to order two more of the same item number and was assured it would be the RIGHT part. The return label never showed up in my email. I call back a third time. This time I am told that I do not need to return the two wrong rollers and a return label was unnecessary. Also, that a refund would be credited. Again, he assured me the right rollers would arrive this time. I opened my mail tonight and AGAIN, it is the same WRONG roller- it looks nothing like the photo that I went over with your CS rep., AND there is one roller instead of two rollers. I don't even know where to start at this point. I guess go back and check my cc stmt to see how much I have already paid for this fiasco. I'm just super annoyed that this has taken up so much of my time.
