MTD Gas Snowthrower 31AE640F062 FAQs

To start your MTD gas snowthrower model 31AE640F062, set the controls to a safe “ready” position, turn the fuel on (if equipped), set throttle to FAST, use choke and primer for a cold start, then pull the recoil starter until the engine runs smoothly and gradually move the choke to OFF.
