Product arrived very quick and well packaged. Installation was very easy.

Exact fit, easy to install, works perfect! Saved me $$ from buying a brand new fridge and saved me $550 in parts and labor by installing it myself.

This is NOT the exact part since the original was discontinued. My tech support here was excellent with a great video, not the one Sears had. Part was not held tight with brackets like original. Worked, shifted, made a lot of noise, repeat process, same issue, finally is working. I bought a Bosch refrigerator to place this Kenmore. Sears is now with LG and that's crap, so no more Sears appliances for me. Always check who can & WILL service appliances when you buy product. My whole life has been Sears, I'm so done!!!

This motor is easy to install once you get all the the covers and brackets removed. However, the freezer compartment is only 12-1/2 inches wide so you have to work with one hand sideways. A little difficult to get the motor back in the rubber holders but, a little dish washing soap did the trick.

I ordered the part and within 2 hours tried to cancel order. I was not allowed to cancel order. The lady on phone stated that it was in the system and could not be stopped. The order did not ship until the following day. I returned the order the next day after it was ordered. I did get a credit for the part but was still charged $12.99. This is a poor way to do business. I called and tried to stop order before it was shipped. I still got charged. I would be a SATISFIED Customer IF I got my $12.99 returned to me. Maybe this is why your company is losing so many customers.
