Chat ordered wrong part
I was not able to locate replacement parts online. I used the chat feature and gave info. Unfortunately, the wrong part was ordered. I had to return for credit, less the shipping cost. I am going to try and recover the shipping cost, since the incorrect order was not my fault.

Didn't fix the problem
The sensor unscrews from inside the oven, but in this case, the wire was too short to pull it through far enough to access the release clip. I had to remove the oven (turn off the breaker first!) and remove the back of the oven to access the clip. I installed the sensor and reinstalled the oven. Oven still doesn't maintain proper temperature--usually significantly under the number it says it should be on the display panel.
