Awful design

It is the same piece of junk it replaced. This is an incredibly poor design that should have a label on it that says "break me here"

Sears parts has no idea how to run a parts operati

They have a monopoly which breeds disorganization and incompetence from top to bottom.

Was easy to install

It make help to note that when I sent to install the tray and pulled out the old one, I found that one of the side rail guides was also broken, so had to order that after receiving the tray. So check your left and right rail guides before ordering the tray in cause you need to one or both rails as well.

Quick and Perfect Transaction

This was exactly what we needed. The whole transaction was quick and now I don't have a broken deli drawer anymore.
