Sears needs to get there act together
The same item has been shipped 3 times now and only the plastic panels are being sent. NO FOAM, BRACKETS or SCREWS. After the 2nd shipment I asked to have someone check the box before shipping it. This is beyond ridiculous!!!!

Missing parts for the second time
This is the second time this order comes incomplete with missing parts. Now I have to call sears once again because they keep delivering me the window panel with missing parts!
