Perfect part, poorly packed.

The part worked great. Minus one star because it was shipped with all padding on one end of the carton, rather than surrounding the part on all sides.

I was surprised that the part was shipped in a box that had no protection, just in a box. That was a bit concerning considering the part has metal tips and could break off easily. Getting past that, the install was easy and the part worked fine.
