Shipped a wrong compressor made a such mistake
I have ordered a compressor with a model no MKV190CL2B/E01, but received MKV190CL2B/ASH, those two models can't be interchangeable, first of all, the compressor relay cover wouldn't covered the wrongly shipped unit. Secondly, the inverter board showed an incompatible compressor with 4 flashes. after contacting with Samsung tech support found out it's a wrong compressor. I wasted $650 of hiring a technician ended up returning the wrongly shipped compressor.

Shipping process
Shipping packaging needs to be improved. Was shipped ups and not secured inside of box very well. Just some spray foam. Compressor rolled around in box and bent copper tubing and cut the caps. Not labeled fragile or this side up. Who knows how many times this compressor rolled around. Surprised that it still worked.
