Parts not compatible
It didn't fit the refrigerator. I compared the parts number and they were compatible according to the website. Would give zero stars if that were an option

Crisper drawer cover frame, part #3550JL1016A
I eventually learned that production of this shelving piece was discontinued and that the part I needed for my Kenmore Elite Trio refrigerator is not available. However, despite my having provided the accurate model number and specific part information to your 'customer 'service'' staff, they identified and sent the wrong part (which belonged to another refrigerator model) ! Communication was extremely difficult because of the thickness of the accent of all members of the 'support' team that I encountered and no one could provide me with a phone number at the Kenmore corporate office. Likewise, my subsequent attempts to search the web for a viable Kenmore (or LG) corporate customer support number have been futile. Soooo, now either I must live with a broken $100 part OR purchase a new $2000 refrigerator because you've stopped making the $100 replacement part ' which, by the way, revealed itself early on and often was poorly designed!!!

Install issues
The frame requires installation of metal slider on the left and right side. I haven't been able to figure out how to remove the metal sliders from the old frame. No instructions were included and I need those instructions or I won't be able to install the new frame. Can you please help?

Modifications Needed
The drawer slides did not fit into this replacement frame. I had to use a Dremel to remove some of the plastic in order to get the drawer slides to. Kind of a pain, but it worked out in the end. So, when advertised to fit the Kenmore Elite refrigerator, model 795.75199400, was a bit deceiving.
