Problem with order twice in a row
I ordered part over phone and it was the wrong one for my dryer. The replacement was correct but was broken when it arrived since there was no packing in the box it was shipped in. On a positive note however the customer service team were super helpful and nice. Waiting for the part a third time and Hoping Thai time will be a charm.

Doesn't Fit and was Broken when arrived.
After the website "confirmed" that the part would fit my dryer, it didn't. Part came in box with zero packing and part was broken.

Impossible to get a replacement dryer drying rack
Dryer drying rack part received was broken - and the first time I ordered it, a part for a washing machine was sent. Please have some quality control for your customers.
