it was somewhat tricky to install.. took about 15 minutes. once the gasket popped in back of the panel the rest was easy to slide inside. Corners were especially difficult

A bear to get on (like they all are), but fits perfect. Arrived fast and was cheaper than other parts dealers.

I replaced the gasket on both the refrigerator and freezer sections.

Definitely need to take the door off as it makes installation easier.

I was worried when I got the gasket that it was too thin and not exactly like the original, so it wouldn't seal. There were also no instructions. However, it was very easy to find an installation video online, and pretty easy to install. There were sections that did not fully seal immediately after being installed, but with a little bit of careful pulling and some hairdryer heat, it fits perfectly and seals better than the original ever did!

It was half the size of the original one and barely fit, it took 2 hours to get on, I ordered it from a person on the phone they took my refrigerator model number so it should be the right one, so once the old one was removed we had no choice but to put this cheap looking one on . Very unhappy

What a joke. NO DIRECTIONS. No vids online for this Maytag refrigerator. The frig gasket went on decently and seems to work... the freezer one? Two tears on the edges AND the freezer is NOT CLOSING completely and we have to remember to press it completely shut.
