Part worked perfectly, however it wasn't the part I needed to resolve the problem (My issue, not vendor's) Since parts for this fridge are getting hard to find, I'll hold on to it anyway for down the road.

Horrible customer service

When I ordered the item I was told it was in stock. A week after being ordered I was emailed with information that it was back ordered and there was no date in which she would be available. I waited one more week and then called Sears to cancel the order. A week went by the order was not canceled I did not get a refund so I called back and requested again for it to be canceled. Once again they told me they would send it to processing to be canceled. Five days later I get an email stating the item is being shipped. I once again contacted Sears and asked them why my order was not canceled and why they were shipping the item. They said there was nothing they could do about it at this time that I would just need to return the product. So I received the product and immediately began emailing requesting a return label be issued for me to return the product. That's been eight days, and three requests later I still do not have a label to ship the product back. I believe it's Sears strategy to give the customer a hard time, create enough frustration that the customer will give up and forget about getting a refund.
