Horrible Service
I had the installation completed by a Sears technician. It took him 3-hours to complete. He assured us everything was okay. We washed a loaf of clothes and after the washer stopped we opened the wand burnt rubber smell and smoke filled the entire room. I called Sears back and we have to wait another week before someone will come out. This was the worst service ever

washer door gasket
door gasket was cramped into a small box. was unable to get gasket to original shape. also the rubber varied in thickness around the seals

As good as new
Not sure why sears parts direct has bad reviews but i got my stuff when promised. I ordered this alone with the front spring clamp. originally i bought an amazon brand bellow and it leaked water. this part is OEM and comes in its whirpool packaging. no leaks as of now and hopefully it stays this way.

Sent Me a Used Part
Waited months for this washing machine bellow to arrive (it was back ordered), and when it finally did, it was a USED part! It has to returned. Very frustrating. Will not purchase from here again!

Product was just as described, it actually arrived sooner than was expected. Installation was not that bad, there is actually a great video on YouTube that you can watch beforehand.

Part great, although the problem maker defect
The redesigned front door gasket works very well. It is unfortunate that a manufacturers problem cost me $125. I called to find out if I needed any additional part. I was told all were included. There were no additional parts. There were no instillation instructions. I found a iTunes video that was very helpful although Sears did not tell me about it.
