Easy to install
It was easy install, I used the old gas line instead of bending the new one. Took about 30 minutes start to finish!

parts bad right out of the box
in 2 years i've gone through 4 of these. the first lasted a week and got a replacement that lasted 7 months then thsi order i got 2 to be safe and the first one lasted just hours. second one has been working for severa days (fingers crossed) thermocople on them goes bad.

Did not work
Changed out part and new part was defective. Plumber told me this is common for whirlpool water heaters .he had the same part come defective 4 times before he got one that worked . only being able to buy online makes whirlpool products basically worthless .Iwill return part to get my money back and but my a Rheem water heater.
