Excellent customer service

Upon installing a new dishwasher we realized it was missing the countertop bracket and someone had to hold the dishwasher upright EVERY time we loaded or unloaded dishes otherwise it would tip forward. I easily ordered the part for the model and it arrived in two days. Amazing. I initially ordered one bracket not realizing I needed two. Customer service was excellent in refunding my first purchase (including the shipping even though it was my mistake!) and shipping a pair of brackets the next day. I highly recommend Sears Parts for all your needs. Try them first. My only "complaint" is that they should sell the brackets as pairs since two are needed and dummies like me wouldn't make the mistake.
