Poor quality control
Bad casting and paint on half of the spider. Cracks throughout paint and a pinhole through the support.

Another Customer Lost
Your service is absolutely horrible not only did the people not have any clue about what part I was talking about but they also kept transferring me five to six separate times instead of telling me that the part was no longer available in production. I will never be ordering parts from you again. I was amazed at how appalling the service was and how little the phone receptionist new about parts and repair.

Easy peasy
It took an hour to complete but mostly it was due to parts being placed in the proper place but adding the pieces was extremely easy now th washer works like brand new thanks so much

Arrived quickly and undamaged, but poorly packed.
Simple to install. Just be sure to replace the bearings and seal when you perform this task, as removing the "spider" is an involved process that requires splitting the wash tub. While the tub is apart, it is the perfect time to replace the bearings and the seal.

no Replacement bolts available
Install is not tough, removal is a bear. I had To grind off two bolts. The heads are tapered and round off when trying to remove from the corroded aluminum support. No replacement bolts are listed in part schematics.

Quick fix
Quick fix for an otherwise busted dryer drum. Once the drum was out, replacing the beacket was a breeze.
