I ordered a replacement door boot/gasket for my less than 5 year old front loading washer which is leaking. Despite ordering the 'correct' part for my Kenmore washer it doesn't fit. Apparently the drum size changed but no one informed the parts department to continue to manufacture for the original model size. Now I've bought a useless part and paid $300 to have the technician tell me Sears sent the wrong part.

Unknown Time for Delivery
Took over a month to receive the boot gasket. Install was difficult without the specific LG tool to expand the springs on the clamps that hold the boot gasket on.
