Parts installed and operating. Your rep was excellent. The online catalogue listed the wrong part. Your rep found the right part and sent it to me. It arrived very quickly and was an exact replacement. The only issue (reason for less that 5 stars) is it's priced about 4 times what it should be.

Replace thermostat

The parts came quickly and were a good price for the name brand. There are some other brands available on the internet for less but may take more time and worry about receiving them. To replace this part I had to open the top of the dryer, remove the front, and take out the drum. I managed this by myself thanks to the u-tube posts I found on the internet. The part was simple to replace. The two wires had to be taken off and two screws removed. Make sure to mark the wires so you know how to replace them. The lower screw was a little hard to reach. The new part was screwed back in place and the two wires reattached. Make sure to get the wire connections pushed all the way on. Then I had to have some help from my daughter to get the drum back in place and the front back on. More than two hands are needed to hold everything in place. I am very happy I was able to make this repair.

I only needed one of the parts ordered so I returned the other one. My only complaint was that I was told I could return to a store even if it was in the process of closing. That was untrue.

The part came in two pieces, It did not look broken at all. I spent a lot of time trying to get it to snap back together and finally realized it was broken. I super glued it and it's working fine after a month of use.

Whirlpool dryer was not heating. Heating coil looked good. Didn't own an ohm meter so replaced all sensors. Fixed the problem
