Efficient service, shipping - fair price
We received the gasket timely, pretty well boxed and was able to remove and install with no fuss. Unfortunately, it made no difference - the door still did not close. Was this the fault of Sears Parts Direct? Absolutely not. We discovered our issue was with a worn out bottom hinge assembly which we fixed with a 20-cent washer or two. Unfortunately, after expending the funds for the gasket and installing it, we overpaid for a mis-diagnosed issue. I do not hold this against SPD - they have fairly priced merchandise (compared to other distributors out there), have a simple ordering system, provided tracking details and seem to have their act together. I would do business with them again.

Almost installs itself
I've replaced other refrigerator gaskets that were a nightmare. This was incredibly easy. It took more time to clean the groove than to install the gasket. My only complaint was it took almost a month to get the part.

They should know that I called to cancel the order in less than 12 hours and I was unable to cancel. I am now going through the process of returning and that will cost me over $10.
