It should be easy to use but is not.
two filters were ordered at the same time but they were shipped separately and worse yet, the first one came about one week earlier than the second and there was no tracking to how it was still on it's way and not possibly stolen off of the from step. I spent over three hours on the phone trying to determine if the second filter was mailed yet. I had already called my credit card to cancel the transaction because it was so difficult to find the status of the second order.

I replace the Water Filter when indicated and the same applies to the Air Filter. I currently have two (2) of each item in anticipation of the need to replace the current items. Please do need send any additional items until requested. Thank you.
