Agent picked wrong filter for my refrigerator
Simple -- parts direct phone call after I couldn't find the model number of my refrigerator online led to the agent ordering the wrong filter -- impossible to fit into the refrigerator. Also mixed up the shipping and billing addresses so it went to the wrong place. I realize it's easy to make mistakes, and the parts direct policy on returns meant I didn't have to PAY for the wrong part, so two stars is my (generous) review.
