Easy and quick to make the replacement work
Difficult to put filter side in tank and into hold. Took filter off and inserted gas line into bottom of tank and pulled out and reinstalled filter. No problem.

Craftsman Weed Trimmer fuel filter and line
The part with the fuel line and filter connection to be inserted thru the hole in the fuel line would not fit.Plus it was assembled opposite the drawing show above The one I received had the short line connected to the filter. A waste of money,
