I hope the plastic and spring last longer this time.
It went about as expected. It would have been nice to have some instructions with critical pictures or drawings of how things are supposed to fit together, but it worked out. I did have to carefully exert a little more pressure to get it to fully seat down on the plastic glides so that the screw holes would match up. As others have said, it's only 2 screws, and one 3-wire coupling. It works great.

A perfect fit. Consumer suggestion: when offering the color options, indicate the color is the casing and not what is seen between the doors'we chose white and were very excited to see that what faces out was the brushed aluminum. Excellent customer service!

Kenmore Elite flapper door
I called the order center and told them my problem with our refrigerator flapper door. They recommended a specific part and mailed it to me. The part did not come with installation directions.
