refrigerator compressor start/drive
the part is different than my original, so I have not installed it yet. I have to figure out how to connect the wiring. Chat session simply implied that I needed to schedule a technician to help install. It would be better to give a schematic or wiring directions with the part.

Part was easy to remove and reinstall from refrigerator. YouTube videos were very helpful in diagnosing problem and anticipating removal and installation.

easy to install difficult to get the right part
I was shipped the wrong part 3 times and with no overnight delivery option it took over a month to get the correct part from when i did the original order. I read the same model and serial # each time and was told oh this is what you need for your model ect... 3 times the wrong part. Once the right parts arrived it was great and very easy to get my fridge working after being with out one for over a month waiting for part to be mailed to me. I still have not been refunded for the wrong part being shipped also so that another use of my time to make sure these mistake and wrong shipments were not just frustining over time but so they also don't cost me extra $

Works like a charm!
Fridge (Kenmore Coldspot) would not get cold any longer so after some research I decided to replace the start relay. Replaced it easily and it fixed everything! Simple.
