Husqvarna lawn tractor mandrel replacement.
This mandrel was an exact replacement. The only difference were the mounting holes. The originals were threaded, the replacement came unthreaded. I went to the hardware store and purchased an 8mm tap and threaded the mounting holes myself. Beyond that, the replacement unit works great.

Wrong part
It is the wrong mandrel. When i mounted on my deck the blade was hitting the deck. The space on the bottom spindel was only half of what it should be. I had to go local and buy one, so i will be sending this one back

Not exact replacement
The part received was not an exact replacement. It did not extend down into the cutting deck far enough to allow the blades to clear the bottom. Had to add washers lower the mandrel.

Rude People
I have never spoken to such rude people in my life. I hope I never need another Craftsman part. Then when we finally received it my husband was shocked that the Mandrel did not have any threads (as the original part did) He had to thread it himself before he could use it.
