The new part showed up in 2 days

One piece of the new part was defective, and they sent me a new brand new hole part the next day.

2 of the three parts I ordered were the wrong part

I couldn't install. Wrong parts so I had to go to the hardware store to get right parts

Just what I needed. Fit/Function was great.

I ordered this part -looks fine, but be aware it does not come with any other connecting hardware -no cotter pins, no adjusting screw or bolt.

Research first

All parts ordered were wrong no fault to Sears had wrong model number first second part got lost in mail they made good on part still wrong part though needed deck height rod not leading arm Had to manufacture my own part

Mower repaired

Easy to install and good quality. I was very pleased to know that Sears still supports my mower's parts.

Could have been easy if it was the right part try to do it right this time.
