Correct part (Water Inlet Value). Problem fixed!
Replaced Inlet Value on my Kenmore Elite because it was leaking from the back of frig (at ice maker connection). Learned that these values have diaphragms that will will eventually leak. The new inlet value had all of the appropriate hoses attached and made for an easy installations. Problem fixed.

This item is very easy to install. I only needed the hoses. The valve was ok but I didn't know beforehand so I installed the whole assembly anyway.
