Part Lived Up to Expectations!
This part was easy to install and fit perfectly. I took a picture of the original assembly prior to removing it so I would remember the wiring schematics. My only concern was having the on-off switch correlating with the internal mechanism. Worked first try.

Perfect fit, easy to install, worked as advertised
Takes less then 30 minutes to install, using just a philips head screwdriver and a pair of pliers.
