Didn't need the part
I ordered the part but ended up not needing it. I called and cancelled the order but it was still shipped to me and charged. I tried to save shipping costs and take it to a Sears location but was turned away twice and told to ship it back via a return label. I was refunded but not for shipping, twice.

Simple to install
Followed the video and it took longer to lay the washer down after unplugging and cutting the water off than it did to effect the repair.
