Splush kit for a Kenmore cloth washing machine
The pulley's spline does not fit snuggly onto the splined of the shaft. The results of this sloppy fit is a knocking sound when the washing machine is in washing mode.

Waste of my time
Was pleased with the part, but the advy I received from my conversation with tech support was a waste of time. The solution they gave was totally wrong. Another call and another solution also proved to be wrong. All I accomplished was to empty my wallet..

Sold wrong parts to me!
I'm glad you asked...after explaining to CSR about the problem I was having with my machine, she told me this was what I needed. After asking her twice, was she sure...low and behold it was there wrong part. Machine need some suspension rods! Very upset...wasted my money!
