It was a whirlpool washer the part was under the washer it had a wire plugged in you had to disconnect it turn the part to the left to get it out replace with new one

Wrong diagnosis

Wrong diagnosis paid my five dollars to get advice technician asked me to send my video what your washing machine is doing so I sent a video he comes back and tells me is the capacitor I place the order the outside company that whirlpool/Maytag uses is called VIA The technician gets here since there's nothing wrong with the capacitor send it back so I proceed the return form and they do not want to reimburse me my shipping the part was only $18.38 total cost everything was going almost $30 they do not want to refund me my shipping charge

This picture was not what was sent. If this part has. When a part is replaced with another part number then you need to show a pic or a better description. The replacement part didn't even fit. But i made it work.
