Didn't need part!
When I did live chat with Sears very first time about my oven not working I was told my sensor went bad, made the purchase received the part and discovered it was not sensor oven still would not get to temp. Returned part no problem and was told I needed the element. Got the element this week installed it and had to set temp at 450-500?to even bake bread. I am still confused I've tried two parts and oven still will not come to temp. What do I do now? I need to return the element seeing that obviously wasn't the problem.

Waste of Time
When I placed the order the part was expected to ship in 7 days. Then I received a notice that it was on back order. So I shopped the internet and found it for a cheaper price. I called and cancelled the order. Two days later I received an email that it was preparing to ship. I called again and voiced my request to cancel. The item shipped anyway and I had to call again. I received a postage paid label and had to drop it off at UPS location. My refund was finally processed and I was charged for the return shipping $12.99. I have called again to to get the shipping amount refunded as was told it would be applied. I am still waiting to see if this happens. This was very time consuming and I will not be using Sears Parts Direct in the future.

Quality of part is questionable
The part arrived on time and fit the oven with no issues. However, the element was bent and the bracket in the middle of the element was bent in the middle and did not connect on one end as intended by design. I was able to fix this but for the price it should have arrived in better condition.
