It was fairly easy to find the part i needed and ordering was simple. The part was shipped very quickly! However, the woman on the chat line that I connected with to verify I DID order the correct part was not so sharp. The site said I had a code for reduced price and I also use Pay Pal. Very easy to installed

Had to cut the 250 power off on the line then came in and took the 4 screws out and pulled the wires off and replaced it with the new part of the bake element. Then went out and turned the electric back on and it worked great. Thank to our electrician.

If you decide to install yourself please google it first. Very easy once you watch the You Tube video. Very important step # 1, turn the oven 'BREAKER" OFF in your house breaker box. If not you may get a buzz as I did.

Works perfectly in our 15 year old Kenmore range

Oven stopped heating, noticed a bright orange glow from a short section of the old element and that was all she wrote. It was going to cost $1400-1600 for a similar slide-in range and glass cook top. Instead, ordered this, and it took less than 10 minutes to remove the old one and install this one. Used a cordless drill with Philips bit- just two screws. Works great now. This would be an easy repair for just about any one.
