$129 for a plastic drawer. C'mon man. Only bought it because I was selling the house and had to in order to close. The other one is still functional, but has a crack.

Disappointed
$100+ Crisper Drawer arrived without silicone tabs. Tabs do not show on diagram. I found tabs on parts list and had to place separate order of $30 for two tiny pieces of plastic.

Ordered the same part twice & both were broken
I ordered a replacement pan crisper for my refrigerator on March 31st. The first one I received (which I had to wait 3 weeks for) had a broken corner, so I had to send it back, request a refund, and order a replacement. The replacement took another two weeks to arrive and also had a broken edge when I opened it. Not wanting to deal with yet another return and replacement, I'm just trying to make the second broken one work and hope it will hold up for at least a year. Sears had the best price, but you obviously get what you pay for. Use a different company and pay more in order to receive an in-tact replacement that will arrive in a timely manner.

Arrived Damaged
I ordered this drawer for a friend and it arrived with more cracks than the drawer it was replacing. When I went to order another drawer they are on backorder for 2 months. Same thing happened to the drawer I ordered a year ago for myself, but I was able to get a replacement of the replacement quickly.

Humidity control slide not included
Doesn't include the humidity slide control, contrary to the description. That's a separate part number. I reused my existing slide; if you use a screwdriver to push down on the top tab on the right hand side you can remove the slide.
