Efficiency Plus!
Very easy to order this shelf frame that had broken. Person I spoke with was very knowledgeable. Although UPS delivered a smashed in box, the shelf was fortunately intact. It was relatively easy to install. My only issue is the price, which was exorbitant for a plastic frame.

I cracked my crisper draw and I had to order a new one so instead of ordering 1 I ordered 2 so in case this happened again I have 1 on hand
