Easy process but still waiting for refund
The part came in as advertised but didn't solve the problem so I returned it. It has been over a month and I am still waiting on a refund.

Worked, but not completely
The board was easy to install and appeared to be an exact fit. This fixed the problem I was having, which was Freezer working, Refrigerator not. Error code ER RF. However, now I can not adjust fridge/freezer temperatures. It is stuck on 35F and 0F, which is fine, but I hate that I can not change them anymore. Other than that, the part was the cheapest I could find anywhere. Also, shipping was a few days past when they said it would be delivered. This was inconvenient because we were without a fridge for an extra three days. Overall, I'm glad I was able to get my 1 yr old $3000 fridge working.

PCB Sucks
I had a service tech come in and troubleshoot my refrigerator and said that the main PCB was bad. So I replaced it and now the refrigerator is giving me an error code! Er rF

Part didn't pass the diagnostic test
Easy to install. Use an ESD wrist strap. The part was delivered open, so it wasn't ESD protected. After following the refrigerator's diagnostic test, it was clear that the board was already defective. Given it's defective, it still looks like I have to pay for shipping to return the part....
