Looks Difficult but is Actually Easy
Take a picture before you start of you old one for reference. Then, you can start pulling the old wires off, gently, remove the 2 screws that hold the base of the circuit board...then start reinstalling the new board and plugging the wires back in. Finally, be sure to follow the sent directions about doing the speed test and adjusting the speed pentameter if too fast or too slow (mine was too fast so the screw had to be ever so slightly adjusted). Maybe took 20 minutes max.
