No I would never let sears rip me off again
Most expensive screws we have ever purchased!!! 2 screws for the oven door and 2 tabs for the microwave and it was just under $60!!! Totally a rip off by sears parts direct!!!

This screw isn't hardened. The Philips head will strip even when using a new screwdriver.
