Ordering parts from Sears has always been painless and this was no exception. While the dryer had to be significantly disassembled to install, the process was very straightforward. The part fit and worked perfectly. Phillips screwdriver the only tool required.

Installed both thermal fuses on electric dryer. Dryer was working, but blowing out cold air because blocked lint duct blew fuses. Was easy to take apart dryer and install fuses. It's amazing what you can learn to do on Google! (Don't need for gas dryer because they have a reset button.)

Slow Delivery
While the part is exactly what I needed and install was quick and easy, the delivery was slow. When purchased, it indicated that the part would arrive in 4 days however it took those 4 days for the part to actually be shipped even though the website indicated the part was available.

This is no 30 minute repair.
This repair isn't that easy. Because this is a matched pair of front loaders the dryer requires taking half the machine apart. You have to remove the top, control panel, front panel and door assembly then carefully disconnect and remove the heating element assembly. Not a easy job.
