Wrong part

No one informed me the correct part wasn't available. They shipped what is supposed to be a " universal " cord. After spending 45 minutes and 3 calls later, I will be returning the cord and buying a universal cord that I don't have chop off the ends, at 1/4 the price. I should have been told in the beginning the part was not available.
