Easy Peasy
Came within a week of ordering and installed in 5 min. Works great. The hardest oart was emptying the freezer an cleaning out all the compartments. Nice to have a clean organized freezer though.

Easy to install
Replaced ice maker in lower freezer of Samsung Fridge. Remove two screws slide forward and unplug. Replace new one in opposite direction. Do it in this order: (1) Remove food baskets and door (4 screws) to give you plenty of work space (2) Unplug fridge at the wall (3) replace ice maker as described (4) push the test button and hold for 3 seconds to ensure working (5) reinstall door then baskets.

Part works and easy to install
Remember how you removed the bottom freezer drawers. Re-installing the drawers took me longer than installing the ice maker.

Installed in no time.
Removed a couple of screws, a clip on the electrical line and the old one was out. Put the new on in and cleared the frozen water line with the hair dryer and was done. Hardest part was removing the food to get to it.

Part didn't fit
Unfortunately this cover piece did not fit with the ice maker asm I ordered at the same time. It looks like the replacement ice maker asm was modified where it will no longer allow this cover piece to be assembled with it
