Shipped Intact, Easy install
I cracked my previous glass cooktop after a spice jar fell on it. This direct replacement worked out perfectly. My biggest concern was if it would arrive with broken glass, and it did NOT. It was packaged well and in great shape. Install took about 30-45 mins. I used another review on here to assist- the clips holding the burners have to be removed from the burner side before they come out of the ÒnotchesÓ or guide holes on the underside of the cooktop. They snap back into the burners upon reinstallation.

Easy to install
Easy installation. 45 min. If you have the clips on the elements. Use needle nose pliers to spring back the clips. Don't use a screw driver it will break the clay and mess up the clips. Reuse clips, snap back in using your fingers. Unhook wiring harness from the back of stove. Leave wires hooked to elements.

4 months to Receive
Item is exactly what I ordered, unfortunately I placed my order in November and didn't receive until March. Though it took four months to be delivered it was delivered without any defects or damage. I know Covid will be the excuse but I'm very disappointed that it too so long and the only way I was updated on status etc was if I initiated an email. No apologies or legitimate explanations were ever offered. But again, it's here, intact and it is the correct part.
